Vinyasa, known for its dynamic flow, synchronizes movement with breath, creating a fluid practice. Ashtanga yoga, more vigorous, follows a set sequence of postures, enhancing strength and flexibility. Iyengar yoga emphasizes precise alignment and uses props to aid in achieving the correct form. Kundalini yoga focuses on awakening spiritual energy through breath, movement and meditation. Bikram yoga, practiced in a heated room, promotes detoxification and flexibility through a series of 26 postures. Yin yoga involves holding poses for extended periods, targeting deep connective tissues and promoting relaxation. We combine styles catering to various needs and fitness levels.
Ashtanga Yoga
The Ashtanga yoga system, based on the classical teachings of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, builds strength, stamina and flexibility through increasingly challenging series of postures that become more and more acrobatic, flight-like, and magical as the yogi advances in the practice.
Hot Detox Yoga
Hot Detox Yoga provides cleansing through breath and movement as you flow from one pose to another. This class is best for losing weight and feeling fresh from within. A great class for those who find yoga slow and love to have more movement in their classes.
Hot Stretch
A combination of Vinyasa and deep stretches, this class provides muscles with more space, strength and flexibility. The flow of breath helps you to immerse deeper into your practice, and the body feels at greater ease after the it. A good hold of basic poses is an added advantage for practitioners looking to enjoy the class to the fullest.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha is a class done with rhythmic movements combined with flowing breath work, working on waist, tummy, butts and thigh muscles. This class is great to sweat out , open for all levels as well as those who want to find calmness while moving.
Rocket Yoga
Rocket Yoga is fast-paced and has a dynamic flow. Its structure is similar to that of Ashtanga Yoga, consisting of Surya Namaskar, standing poses, seated poses, twists, and bends.
Align & Refine
This class draws upon the alignment principles of Iyengar Yoga and focuses on the intention in poses with precise instructions and cues. It encourages a mindful approach to your practice while bringing balance and strength.
Vinyasa
Perhaps the most popular style practiced now a days. these classes keep you moving! You’ll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and work to build strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility. In Sanskrit vinyasa means “to place in a special way,” and that informs the graceful dance that is a well-planned vinyasa sequence.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga emphasizes the gentle stretching of connective tissues present in every bone, muscle, and organ. By maintaining each pose for several minutes, it offers a profound stretch and release, enhancing the flexibility and health of the connective tissues. This practice complements more dynamic (yang) yoga styles, which focus on building internal heat and the lengthening and contraction of muscles. Yin Yoga is accessible and beneficial for practitioners of all levels, including beginners and those seeking a meditative, restorative practice. It is also suitable for pregnant individuals in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters, offering a gentle way to maintain flexibility and well-being during pregnancy. Yogalates
The perfect blend of Yoga and Pilates – Yoga Lates provides a safe and accessible practice for everyone. Yoga poses are complex – releasing and working on the whole body while Pilates emphasizes pelvic and spinal stability through a series of simple foundation practices. Back-bend
Backbending postures are an exquisite way to strengthen the spine and open the front of the chest. We tend to spend hours leaning over computers and rounding over cellphones to text, causing our shoulders to round forward, which can create a plethora of problems in the spine and the rest of the body. Core Pilates
The primary goal of Pilates is to develop good core muscle strength (i.e. the deep abdominal wall and intrinsic spinal muscles). Pilates improves body awareness and body alignment, its strength and endurance, and its spinal and muscle flexibility. Strong core muscles and good body control allow your body to move efficiently, thus lowering the risk of overuse or injury to your joints and muscles.

Wheel Yoga
